New growth and annexations announcements for the Panama City Beach area are on the rise.

New Bank offices are being constructed quickly to support the economic growth expected to occur over the next 12 months.

These are just a few samples of the activity currently occuring in our area.

Panama City Beach, Florida continues to be an enjoyable vacation spot for families and visitors from all over the world.

While the news media continues to report on the negative aspects of the Real Estate market, it is important to remember that localized markets vary nationally.
