Yes I agree completely. We are in for quite a ride and I'm very excited about it.

I believe that has already been considered. The additional acreage set aside should provide a fair enough buffer zone. Also, the area where the airport is located is rural with very little residential housing. Most of it will most likely be re-zoned for commercial use.
